Fear can be the accumulation of too much stress or extended pressure. A hectic life with too many responsibilities results in fear of failure. It's essential that you take time out for yourself to relax and remove your anxieties.

Fear arises from not believing enough in your own abilities and talents. When you constantly live in the mindset of "I can't do it" or, "I'm not good enough," you narrow your window of success. And fear enters in your mind.

The worst thing about fear is that when we are experiencing it, the effects of it can paralyze and destroy our all abilities. If you don't make it your hard efforts to overcome fear, fear will overcome you. Most people suffer to this emotion though they may not know it. I define fear as the emotional response to danger, perceived or real. fear is the feeling that you won't be all right.

Fear is not a simple emotion. If you're having trouble overcoming your fear on your own, find a professional to help you. There are lots of treatments for fear out there, and try them under the guidance of  expert with training and experience.

"Fear of the unknown" is a common.  If you're afraid of something because it's a mystery, try exposing yourself to it in small doses until you gain a better understanding and your fear begins to dissipate.  start by slightly changing up your daily routine. You'll begin to see that you're capable of handling what life throws at you, and the confidence you'll build will help you deal with bigger life changes.

Sometimes directly confronting fears is the best way to overcome them. This is particularly useful if there's a particular person or situation you're afraid of. Simply encountering the source of your fears you will realize there's nothing to be afraid of.

Stay determined even when it seems impossible to remove your fear:

Don't confuse fear with fate. The truth is, you have control over your future. You have the power to determine the path you will take. Do not think every time that it will turn out for the best and leave it up to fate.

Don't let other people hold you back. Recognize when someone is telling you you're inadequate or incapable of changing. Surround yourself with people who want you to overcome your fears.

You'll need to train your brain to send chemicals to counteract them. Otherwise, fear and its hormones will make you crazed. In contrast, with a calm biology it's easier to find courage by practicing the combined techniques below to quiet your system.

To achieve immediate and longer term results:

• Eliminate caffeine, sugar, and other stimulants--these fuel the fight-or-flight response.
• Avoid people who reinforce your fear--they are biological irritants; stick close to positive people.
• Stay away from violent newscasts, traffic jams, arguments, or other stress inducers.

A = Approach instead of avoid
R = Rehearse a lot

The key in this step is to remind yourself that what fear you are experiencing is not you. This is not who you are, it is just your brain stuck in an old pattern. By doing this, you further separate yourself from the impact of the emotion that is not serving you and allow yourself to not be defined by it. What this means is that by directing your attention to something other than the old pattern of fear, you are stuck in, you create new nerve chemicals and pathways in your brain. These create new pathways will better serve you in your everyday life.

By noting down ahead of time a detailed plan for when and where you will engage in a very specific action, you can increase your chance for success.Write down exactly what you will do and how you will do it when fear is presents itself.
