[www.keralites.net] Help

 

Dear Friends,
 
I purchased 2 Months back a Chevorlete BEAT LT Diesel Car, in which GOOD YEAR Tubeless Tyres were fitted. 
 
One Tyre got bursted (Side wall Cracked) within running of 500 KM and another got bursted within 1500 KM running - all in a short span of 3 months.
 
I approached the CAR Dealer and he is not in a position to listen me.  Then I contacted the Good Year people and the Representative told that he will check the tyre tomorrow (22/5/12) at Chalakudi (Thrissur).  He repeatedly told me that if it is manufacturing defect ONLY he will consider for replacement.
 
As everybody is aware,  Manufacturer will not accept that it is his fault.  Is'nt it?
 
If he is not considering to replace both the tyres, what STEP I should take further.
 
Please help.
